Servicing
How long does a service take?
Most servicing is completed on the same day as your booking. If parts need to be ordered in, we will call you with a timeframe before going ahead.
Do you service all brands?
Yes. We service every make and model, including e-bikes, whether or not you bought it from us.
Will a service affect my manufacturer warranty?
No. Our servicing honours manufacturer warranties.
Is workshop work guaranteed?
Every workshop job is backed by our 30-day in-store warranty.
I’m not sure what my bike needs. What should I book?
Book a free assessment and we will quote before any work starts.
Buying a new bike
What’s included when I buy a new bike?
Every new bike includes free brake and gear adjustments for the first year, plus one free full service in the first 90 days.
How do I know what size I need?
Our team will size you up in store and book a test ride. Each bike page also includes a size guide and geometry chart.
Can I test ride before I buy?
Yes. Come in to our Concord West store and talk to the team. We will set you up for a test ride before you decide.
Orders and delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes. We arrange Sydney-wide delivery. Available options and costs are shown at checkout.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes. Choose click and collect at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect from 317 Concord Rd, Concord West.
Returns and warranty
Can I return an item I bought online?
Yes. Contact us with your order number and we will take you through the return. See our returns and exchanges page for full details.
How do warranty claims work?
Bring your bike in or contact the team. We will assess it and lodge the claim with the manufacturer for you.
